This explains the current preview's behaviour. It is not a professionally reviewed public privacy policy or marketplace terms. Operator contact details, retention periods and public-launch legal information remain to be approved before registration opens publicly.

Your account and collection

Your email, sign-in details, owned copies, private notes and photographs are used to provide your private account and collection. They are not published in the Library, public search or collector directories. Optional Buyer, Seller and Collector interests do not grant permissions.

Seller applications

Your submitted country, inventory and selling answers can be read by you and authorised SAC reviewers for assessing and following up your application. Reviewers' internal notes stay private. Drafts are excluded from the review queue. Submitting is not consent to promotional emails and does not activate sales or payments.

Control and closure

You can edit your profile and interests. Account closure can be requested from My Account; data and photo removal require a reviewed recovery and retention process. No automatic public photo sharing or Showcase publication is enabled.

Access emails

Verification and recovery are transactional account messages, not marketing. Real email delivery remains subject to provider and sending-domain setup.
